Isaac Adams, one of the pioneer settlers of Cass Township, residing 2 1/2 miles south of Shiloh, was stricken with paralysis some two weeks ago, but recovered and was able to visit his children residing in the vicinity, stating that he expected it would be his last visit; and after returning home he had another stroke and died on Wednesday morning last
week. He was well known in the northern part of the county as an honorable and respected citizen. He leaves a widow and a large family of grown-up children. His funeral took place Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock pm. Services by Rev OE Lake.
